Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and want to make sure you receive the quality products you have ordered.

As soon as you discover an issue with your order, contact us at sales@stinnocentpress.com. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order; after 30 days, all sales are final.

 

Damage in shipping and errors

While we always pack your order with care and plenty of protective packaging, damage can occur in transit. If your order has been damaged, take several pictures of it and email them with a description of the damage to sales@stinnocentpress.com along with your contact phone number. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

If we have sent you the wrong item, let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

In the event that your order is refunded, you will be credited on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
